Thank You and Happy New Year!

Well.. it’s the last day of 2017 and globally it was a pretty horrendous year. There was much needless suffering and pain caused out there in the world at large and the small wins weren’t enough to balance those! I think most of us are more than happy to wash this year off and start again. I know I will certainly be setting some strong intentions for the new year coming.

But on a personal level. This was my first full year of blogging. My goal was to produce an article a week and I stuck to that pretty well, only missing a few! The shape of this blog formed and evolved through this year and towards the latter part I found myself facing my fears and getting deeply honest, raw and exposed. It took a lot to do on some of those articles but it was overall very rewarding!

The end of the year is always time for reflection and for me, it’s also a time of gratitude and recognition. So I just wanted to pen a quick something for you, loyal readers, there wouldn’t be a blog without you guys! I appreciate every person that takes a moment out of their busy lives (most of which are parents so I know it ain’t easy) to peruse my offerings! Thank you SO MUCH!!

I also know this can be the time of year when many of us feel at our lowest or we feel like we are on a bit of emotional roller-coaster. I know I’ve found it a mix of highest heights and deep lows. So please reach out to me or anyone else for some Listening Time. I do mean it! It also works both ways!

Thank you and Happy New Year!
